Individual & Couples Therapy

Each session is 50 minutes. Together we determine the frequency and focus of our work — no insurance company dictating your care. Fees are subject to reasonable periodic increase, with 1–2 months' notice.

Everything You Should Know

  • Free 15-minute phone consultation before committing to any sessions
  • Reduced-fee time slots available for eligible clients, subject to availability
  • Accepts cash, checks (preferred), and credit cards via Ivy Pay
  • All clients required to have a credit card on file
  • Out-of-network superbills provided upon request for insurance reimbursement
  • No diagnosis required to begin therapy — you control the focus and duration
  • Full confidentiality maintained — no compromise to your records
  • Payment expected at time of service unless other arrangements are made
